Thaw

This Privacy Policy describes how Thaw (“we”, “our”, “the app”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our single-player puzzle game on Android and iOS. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Thaw is published under the existing store package com.zammart.zammart. It replaces the previous multiplayer card game that used the same package. This policy applies to the current Thaw app only.

1. Who we are

Thaw is operated by the developer listed on the Google Play and Apple App Store listings for package com.zammart.zammart. For privacy-related questions, use the contact email shown on those store pages.

2. Information we collect

Thaw does not create accounts and does not use a game login, username, password, friends list, or chat.

Data stored on your device (via local app storage):

• Game progress (levels unlocked, stars earned, daily challenge state, streaks)
• Settings you choose (sound, music, language)
• Hint stock and related local gameplay flags
• Purchase-related flags stored on device after a completed in-app purchase (for example, ads removed), when that feature is available

Advertising & purchase data (when those features are enabled):

• Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve optional ads
• Google Play / Apple may process in-app purchase receipts; we receive purchase confirmation, not your full payment card details

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone audio for Thaw gameplay.

3. Third-party services

• Google AdMob — optional rewarded or interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Play / Apple App Store — if you buy optional in-app items (such as flame packs or removing ads), payment is handled by Google or Apple.
• DigitalOcean — hosts this privacy policy page and related static store support pages. Thaw gameplay progress is stored on your device, not on our game servers.

4. How we use information

• Save your progress and settings on your device
• Deliver optional ads and process in-app purchases you initiate
• Keep the app stable and fix bugs

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above (ads, payments, hosting for this policy page) as needed to run the app, or when required by law. Because Thaw is single-player and has no accounts, other players cannot see your progress or profile.

6. Retention & deletion

Progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. To remove local data: clear app storage in your device settings, or uninstall Thaw.

For privacy questions or deletion requests related to advertising identifiers or purchases held by Google/Apple, contact us via the store listing email, or use Google/Apple’s own account tools.

7. Children

Thaw is a family-friendly puzzle game but is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data through a third-party service used by the app, contact us and we will help address it.

8. Security

Local progress is stored in the app’s private storage on your device. This privacy page is served over HTTPS. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices

• You can play without buying in-app items
• You can adjust sound and music in Settings
• You can clear local progress by clearing app data or uninstalling
• Device ad settings: Android Settings → Google → Ads; iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

10. International users

Advertising and store services may process data in the regions where Google or Apple operate. By using the app, you acknowledge this processing where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
